These terms apply to text messages sent through Swell by Swell Commerce Corp. ("Swell") and by merchants that use Swell, including businesses that use a product built on Swell, such as Stillroom (each a "Sender"). The Sender named in a message is responsible for it.

Program

The program name is Swell Text Messaging. Senders use it to send transactional messages, such as appointment reminders, order updates and gift cards, and marketing messages, such as offers and promotions. Swell uses it to send account messages, such as sign-in codes.

Consent

You receive texts from a Sender only if you gave that Sender your mobile number and agreed to receive them. Marketing texts require your separate express written consent and may be sent using automated technology. Agreeing to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from that Sender. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and text message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how Swell handles this data. A merchant's own privacy policy applies to the data it holds.
